One of the biggest challenges we face as business owners is communicating the personality of our organisations – our brand.
 
It’s easy to explain what we do, but much harder to identify and communicate the really important things like core values, our drive and our purpose.
 
Therefore there is often a disconnect between what we feel about our businesses and how we communicate what we do. Because of this, the people we are trying to reach and communicate with don’t make the right connections either.
 
And making the right connections is essential. We all know that people buy from people. We know that referrals and recommendations are really valuable. We understand that we need to make it as simple as possible for people to access our products and services. And yet so much of our marketing hinges on telling people what we do, rather than inspiring them to make a choice to buy from us. 
 
And, as a designer, that’s where I come in. My job isn’t to design – it’s to inspire change. Inspire change in the way you feel about and communicate your business, your products and your services. Inspire change in the way people feel about you, what you do and the way you do it. And inspire them to make an informed decision to access your products or services, rather than a competitor’s. 
 
And so my webinar is aimed at helping you bridge the canyon between what you feel and what you say about your business, helping you gain a deeper understanding of what brand is and some really simple ways you can help your customers make deeper connections with you and your services or products.
