On this episode of ScaleUp Radio, Kevin Brent speaks to the owner of Clear Branding, Stephen Sellers.
Stephen has a great story to tell, which will be of interest to you whether you’re in business or not! He went straight from education into working for his father, even though his ambitions lay in electronics, and it was his father’s work ethic and determination to succeed that also drove Stephen to take over the business, then move on to start up his own company. Again, like all of the guests at the moment on ScaleUp Radio, Clear Branding adapted during the coronavirus lockdown – something which has benefited them, but has also benefitted their clients, whilst also bringing in new clients!
We do cover an awful lot of ground in this conversation, there’s plenty to take in. Amongst the many things we discussed, we also covered:
- How to react quickly to situations that may mean you need to decide how to reinvent your business – but make changes slowly.
- Making sure that if you are the owner or the boss of a company, you are also the leader
- As I’ve talked about in previous episodes, identify your niche. What is it that you can do better than anyone else?
As I say, there’s a lot to go at here – you may want to listen a couple of times to get all of the value out of what Stephen has to say!
