More about this member
AB Commercial provides advice on commercial legal matters to businesses and business owners. We specialise in corporate, commercial, employment, property, dispute resolution and insolvency advice – for more details please visit our website – www.abcommercial.co.uk.
Unlike the traditional law firm, which is forced to pass the cost of regulation onto its clients, AB Commercial only provides advice on matters not regulated by the Legal Services Act 2007. As a consequence, our overheads are significantly reduced and we are able to provide our clients with the same level of service they would expect from a traditional solicitors’ practice, but at a far more cost effective price.
In addition to our own legal services we also liaise with solicitors’ firms where clients need assistance with reserved matters, to ensure they receive the best advice at the best price. We can also assist with matters such as wealth management, insurance, pension legislation and mortgages, as well as issues such as grants and access to finance.
If you would like to know more about how we can help you or your business please contact andrew@abcommercial.co.uk or call on 01905 900989.
